Option 1: Buy an address list
Select your location, list size and target audience, and we’ll generate a list of addresses in the area. Keep in mind that, for privacy reasons, list details won't be made public to you. But if you reuse our services within 1 calendar, the list will be available to you again, free of charge.

Option 2: Upload your list
Add contacts from your personal address list to our easy-to-use template (downloadable in the ‘Mailing List Template’ section above). We recommend having it filled out and ready to go before you start designing.

Option 3: Use a saved list
If you’ve used postcard mailing services before, sign in to VistaPrint to use a saved list. Purchased lists can be reused for 1 calendar year, and uploaded lists never expire.

*Please note: The durability of our postcards is a top priority for us, but there's a chance that they may be damaged or smudged when they’re processed through USPS equipment.

Terms of Use for Postcard Mailing

These Terms of Use establish the terms under which Vistaprint will perform your Postcard Mailing project. The general Vistaprint Terms of Use, available at http://www.vistaprint.com are incorporated by reference into and made a part of these Postcard Mailing Terms of Use, except to the limited extent that the general Vistaprint Terms of Use are expressly modified below.

By requesting a Postcard Mailing project from Vistaprint, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them, and the general Vistaprint Terms of Use incorporated herein, carefully. If you do not wish to be bound by the Terms of Use, Vistaprint will not be able to perform Postcard Mailing for you.

All mailing delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Vistaprint’s responsibility is limited to preparing your mailing and completing delivery to the U.S. Postal Service (“USPS”). In no event shall Vistaprint be liable for USPS performance failures or delivery delays. Vistaprint also will not be liable to you or any third party for any additional services performed outside of Vistaprint, including but not limited to other third party mail delivery services.

Vistaprint shall be liable for printing and covered mailing errors only to the extent of re-mailing a correction or corrected job as soon as reasonably practicable, and allowable damages shall be limited to the value of the printing work performed. Postage is never refundable once the mail piece has been processed for mailing. In no case will Vistaprint be liable to you for loss of business or profits; incidental or consequential damages; or costs in excess of billing for services related to the specific job, whether as a result of errors, mistakes or failure by Vistaprint to perform services, or otherwise.

Postal regulations are subject to change, and you are responsible for complying with current mailing restrictions. Please note that we have created file preparation guidelines and product templates to assist you in creating print-ready files.

Vistaprint reserves the right, in Vistaprint’s sole discretion, to refuse to accept any Postcard Mailing project or to terminate any Postcard Mailing project prior to completion at any time and for any reason. You agree that Vistaprint shall have no liability of any kind to you or to any third party arising from such refusal or termination.

Vistaprint reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Use and to the services offered by Vistaprint Postcard Mailing at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Use, and the incorporated Vistaprint Terms of Use, each time you access the Postcard Mailing site.

They just dropped them all at the same building and didn't even hand them out. . I want a refund this was fraud

unacceptable product. not worth the

unacceptable product. not worth the pay and awful quality. it's embarrassing when your are marketing your business and customer receives a bad copy all smeared, this is a printing issue. I can scratch the post cards and run water on them and nothing happens to them so, I know it was printer issue.

These didn’t come out as expected. Could be user error but wish the processor would have been able to edited or given us a heads up. Blemish down the middle and white lines and inch and a half on each side of postcards that went out to 100 people. Probably wouldn’t choose that package again.

It appears that the image did not extend to the full bleed of the card, which may have resulted in the white lines along the edges. For best results, we suggest adjusting the image to match the card's dimensions and extending it to full bleed. If you need additional assistance, please feel free to contact customer care. Postcard mailing

I have had good experience with a couple postcard mailings. Two of them the confirmation postcard never arrived. How do I know if any of them did?

Vistaprint added three words without authorization to my very personal valentines day cards. They turned it into a commercial marketing piece and negated the possibility of having the card returned if the recipient was no longer at the address supplied. Under the name of my addressee they added OR CURRENT RESIDENT. These words were NOT on the proof I approved. I NEVER would have order the 263 personal cards if I had been advised of this mailing/marketing tactic. I am seriously embarrassed and so very upset.
