My order of 300 letterheads and 300 envelopes all fit in one box - that box had no protective packaging inside at all. 25% of the envelopes were damaged and unusable because of this. I am extremely disappointed in this purchase!

To help, we have submitted a replacement order for the affected envelopes. You can view the update in your order history with the same order number. Additionally, could you please reply to this message and provide a photo of the damaged items? This will help us investigate and prevent similar issues in the future.
