Low quality image

I uploaded a high quality image, and the quality of the product I was shipped is terrible. The colors on the print look off, and the edges are pixelated. I am disappointed.

Way too much space

Good printing, delayed delivery

We were traveling to a conference and needed a rush print for banner and stickers, paid for rush shipping. I got notified that the printing was delayed so I called customer service to request change of shipping address to our conference hotel. They did not and the package was sent to our home, arriving after our travel departure. I called again to report the consequences of the mistake and they refunded the order. I will order again but will not do rush request.

Vistaprint is our go-to printer for professional needs, unless if we need things urgently. It is rare to be able to get items faster than five days which is sometimes too long of a wait. However, if we plan ahead, they are the best quality at the best price!
