We have had this for a short period of time and hung it outside. The colors began to bleed as soon as it got some moisture on it.

We apologize for the issue with your wall flag. Our flags are designed for outdoor use and should last in normal weather conditions, so we regret that the colors bled when exposed to moisture. We will have it forwarded it to our team for review. The flag was replaced to resolve this for you. The order number is the same as the initial order, and you may track it from the order history or shipment notification email.

When placed in a standard Flag holder on a deck, the flag does not hang as shown in the photos provided by vista. Perhaps it's good for just one word or logo, but I needed a few words, phone number and email address to display. With a 3'x5' flag, and very large fonts, difficult to read the info because the flag folds/curls.

Less than I expected

Unfortunately the item did not meet the expectations of what I thought was ordered which was a 2 sided flag with grommets. It not only is one sided but has no way to be hung/attached therefore making it non-usable. Like what do you do with this?? While I have been completely 100% satisfied with every other order I ever placed over the years I cannot say the same about this order.

We ordered a double sided flag, with grommets. We were shipped a one sided flag without grommets. This wall flag will not work for our business flag. And when I tried to leave a reason on why I wanted a new product the site kept bringing me back to the beginning of the request. I've always had such a wonderful experiences with Vista. I'm disappointed.
